Since 2004, Plectix has been researching novel quantitative approaches to the protein transformations and interactions that underpin cellular signaling networks. Some of these approaches are now ready for action.
Our ability to accurately represent and investigate these networks is leading towards the eradication of the “unknown mechanism of action” in drug discovery and a resulting concentration of research into those interventions that are backed by a solid rationale. This should result in fewer surprises at later stages in the drug and bio-marker development processes and significantly increase development efficiency.
